The August residency of the ritualist Timothy White Eagle and photographer Adrain Chesser will bea survey of their collaborative works from the past 12 years. Exhibiting images that focus on theongoing body of work exploring the intersections of ritual and image making. They will continue theirexperiments around sacred space, heightened intention and the image as totem while seeking toenliven the ways in which we experience art.Saturday August 3rd, there will be an opening night performance and ritual 7 PM to 10 PM.  Duringthe month long residency Adrain Chesser will be performing his traveling installation “The World’sSmallest Tea Shoppe”. Preparing and serving tea for visitors, he seeks to explore how interjectingsmall rituals into the traditional exhibition space might transform the experience of viewing art. Timothy White Eagle will be presenting a series of rituals exploring sacred space within the gallery. “Our work hinged on our belief that images contain power and that if you craft an image knowing itcan transmit power it will.  If you set your intent to offer healing to the world through this combinationof image and power, it will in fact be a medicine object.,”  Timothy White Eagle
